When I start some activities the file and contact information is already filled out, where did this come from?
Typically, ContactsLaw will populate a blank form with as much data as can be reliably drawn from the database. Sometimes contextual information, such as the file you are currently working on, can also help to fill out the fields. Combined with a sensible set of defaults, many fields can be intelligently prepopulated.
